2. Domestic Shipping (USA)

Delivery Timeline

  • Standard shipping: 5–7 business days from the date of order
  • Processing time: 1–2 business days before dispatch

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on all US orders over $65
  • Orders below $65 are subject to a standard shipping fee applied at checkout

3. International Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days from dispatch
  • Timelines may vary depending on destination country, customs processing, and local carriers

Shipping Costs

  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight
  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged by the destination country

FRAGSENSE is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance. Customs duties and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of placement (excluding weekends and public holidays)
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched
  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended

5. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order through our carrier's website. FRAGSENSE is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the package has been dispatched.

6. Undelivered, Unclaimed & Returned Packages

  • FRAGSENSE is not responsible for packages that are undelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned, or refused packages unless the error was made by FRAGSENSE
  • If a package is returned to us due to non-delivery, customers may request a reshipment at their own cost

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at insightfragsense@gmail.com with your order number and supporting photos (if applicable). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
