1. Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your FRAGSENSE purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
  • All merchandise must be returned in its original condition — unused, undamaged, and with original packaging
  • Products that are broken, used, or not in a good state will not be accepted for return
  • A 15% restocking fee will be applied to any merchandise that has been opened

FRAGSENSE reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been damaged or broken by the customer
  • Products returned without original packaging or in unsellable condition
  • Items purchased during final sale or clearance promotions (unless stated otherwise)

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

  • Contact us at insightfragsense@gmail.com with your return request
  • Include the following details in your email:
  • Full Name
  • Order Number
  • Reason for Return
  • Ship the item(s) back to the address provided by our team
  • All returns must include a valid tracking number — FRAGSENSE is not responsible for return packages until the tracking number is marked as "delivered" to our facility

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. FRAGSENSE does not provide prepaid return labels unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).

Shipping costs are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned, or refused packages unless the error was made by FRAGSENSE.

6. Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow 4–5 business days for your return or exchange to be processed. You will be notified via email once the process is complete.

7. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds will reflect the product price minus the 15% restocking fee (if applicable)
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider

8. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product, please follow the return process above and indicate your preferred exchange item. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at insightfragsense@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter promptly at no additional cost to you.
